It is located in Troy, so the location is very convenient. First of all, the breakfast is very bad. (Plastic used, no fruit, etc.) Other than that, it is very quiet, and it is a good value for money place to stay for business trips.

I stayed here last night and unfortunately had a terrible experience. The guests in the room next to mine were arguing loudly for hours, well into the night. It was impossible to sleep with all the shouting and banging on the walls. I reported it to the front desk, expecting some kind of action or follow-up, but nothing was done. The noise continued, and no staff member ever got back to me or tried to resolve the issue. I booked this hotel for a peaceful night’s rest, and instead, I was left exhausted and frustrated. It’s disappointing when guest comfort and safety aren’t taken seriously. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re hoping for a quiet, restful stay.

Me and my family came here to enjoy the swimming pool to find out after we got in. It was saturated with chemicals and it burned their eyes.
